Service Procedure

1. Raise the vehicle on an appropriate hoist.





2. Remove one of the front axle pinion nose bracket bolts (Figure 1).

3. Install one of the provided bolts. Tighten the bolt to 85 ft-lbs (115 Nm).

4. Remove the other front axle pinion nose bracket bolt (Figure 1).

5. Install the provided bolt. Tighten the bolt 85 ft-lbs (115 Nm).

6. Lower the vehicle.
