Upper Sliding Door Roller: Service and Repair
REAR UPPER ROLLER HINGE BRACKETREMOVAL
1. Remove the hinge cover.

2. With door in the closed position, mark the outline of the rear, upper hinge bracket (Fig. 18) with a wax pencil.

3. Remove the hinge support bracket retaining nut and screws (Fig. 19).
4. Remove the hinge support bracket from the door outer panel.
INSTALLATION
1. Position the hinge support bracket on the door outer panel.
2. Install the hinge support bracket nut and screws. Adjust the door and tighten the nut and screws with 41 N.m (30 ft. lbs.) torque.
3. Install the hinge cover.
