SYMPTOM
PASSENGER SQUIB SHORT TO BATTERY W/ ON/OFF SWITCH (ACTIVE)

WHEN MONITORED
When the ignition is ON, the ACM monitors the voltage of the Passenger Squib circuits.

SET CONDITION
The ACM has detected high voltage on the Passenger Squib circuits.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- ON/OFF switch, passenger airbag line 1 or line 2 shorted to battery
- Passenger Airbag module circuits shorted to battery
- Passenger Airbag circuit line 1 short to battery
- DTC active with PAB in OFF position only
- Passenger Airbag circuit line 2 shorted to battery
- PAB line 1 or line 2 circuits shorted to battery between ON/OFF switch and PAB
- ACM, Passenger Airbag short to voltage
