NV5600 Transmission

DESCRIPTION
Required lubricant for the NV5600 is Mopar Manual Transmission Lubricant, P/N 4874464. This is the only lubricant recommended for use.

The transmission lubricant is drained through either of the PTO covers' bottom bolt hole (Fig. 4). It will be necessary to apply sealer to the bolt threads before installing it during a lubricant change.
Dry fill lubricant capacity is approximately 4.5 liters (9.5 pints).

Fig. 5:

Correct lubricant fill level is to the bottom edge of the fill plug hole (Fig. 5). Check fill level only when the transmission is level.
