WATCHDOG

When Monitored and Set Condition:
WATCHDOG

When Monitored:
Ignition on.

Set Condition:
High feedback voltage from the low side of both the isolation and dump solenoids in the middle of a ABS bulb check, (at start up) for 23 consecutive checks spaced 5 milliseconds apart.
