SYMPTOM
SPEED CONTROL ON/OFF SWITCH

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Ground circuit open
- Speed control SET/RESUME switch voltage > 4.0 volts
- Speed control switch signal circuit shorted to voltage
- Speed control switch signal circuit shorted to ground
- Speed control ON/OFF switch voltage < 1.0 volt
- Speed control ON/OFF switch voltage > 4.0 volts
- PCM defective (ground circuit open)
- Powertrain control module defective (S/C switch to ground)
