Power Distribution Relay: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the intelligent power module cover from the intelligent power module.
3. Remove the accessory relay from the intelligent power module. Refer to the intelligent power module cover for relay location.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the accessory relay in the proper receptacle in the intelligent power module.
2. Push in firmly on the accessory relay until the terminals are fully seated in the terminal cavities in the intelligent power module receptacle.
3. Install the intelligent power module cover.
4. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
