WHEN MONITORED
When executing the Cooldown Test.

SET CONDITION
This message Will be displayed if the blower is not operating at high speed while the Cooldown Test is running.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Check for HVAC DTCS
- Test set up conditions not met
- Blower/related circuits
