Horn Relay Control Shorted to Battery

SYMPTOM
HORN RELAY CONTROL SHORTED TO BATTERY

WHEN MONITORED
Anytime the Central Timer Module is awake.

SET CONDITION
When the horn pad is pressed and an attempt to actuate the horns has occurred.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Horn relay - internal short to voltage
- Horn relay control circuit short to voltage
- BCM - horn relay control short to voltage
