SYMPTOM
P0136-112 O2 SENSOR HEATER CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION

WHEN MONITORED
Ignition ON, with battery voltage greater than 10.4 volts.

SET CONDITION
The state of the PCM relay control circuit, between the PCM and relay coil, does not match the desired state.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Open circuit between relay and fuse
- Open circuit between relay and PCM
- Open coil at the O2S heater relay
- Open fuse
- PCM
- Short to ground between relay and fuse
- Short to ground between relay and PCM
- Wiring harness intermittent
