This symptom is diagnosed using the test P0031-1/1 O2 SENSOR HEATER CIRCUIT LOW.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Fused ignition feed circuit open
- Heater control circuit open
- Heater element check
- Intermittent condition
- PCM
