When Monitored and Set Condition:
P1715 - RESTRICTED PORT IN T3 RANGE

When Monitored: Whenever the PRNDL code indicates Temp 3.

Set Condition: This code sets whenever the conditions for a code P1776 (47) are satisfied with the shifter in the temp 3 zone. This causes a restricted port.
