P1899 - P/N PERFORMANCE

When Monitored and Set Condition:
P1899 - P/N PERFORMANCE

When Monitored: Continuously with the transmission in Park, Neutral, or Drive and NOT in Limp-in mode.

Set Condition: This code will set if the PCM detects an incorrect Park/Neutral state for a given mode of vehicle operation.

POSSIBLE CAUSES:
INTERMITTENT PARK/NEUTRAL SENSE CIRCUIT
TRS
PIN SENSE CIRCUIT OPEN
PIN SENSE CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE
