Fog Lamps Will Not Turn Off

Tests 1 - 3:

SYMPTOM
FOG LAMPS WILL NOT TURN OFF

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Fog lamp relay control circuit shorted to ground
- Fog lamp relay output circuit shorted to voltage
- Intermittent condition
- Central timer module
