SYMPTOM
PASSENGER SEAT BELT TENSIONER CIRCUIT OPEN

WHEN MONITORED
When the ignition is ON, the ACM monitors the resistance of the Passenger Seat Belt Tensioner circuits.

SET CONDITION
The ACM has detected an open circuit or high resistance or open circuit in the Passenger Seat Belt Tensioner circuits.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Passenger seat belt tensioner open
- Passenger seat belt tensioner line 1 or line 2 circuit open
- ACM, passenger seat belt tensioner circuit open
- Stored code or intermittent condition
- Active code present
