HVAC MESSAGES NOT RECEIVED

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
The CTM does not receive any messages from the HVAC.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Attempt to communicate with the HVAC
- Central timer module
