REMOVAL

Fig.13 Lower Steering Column Cover:

1. Remove the four screws attaching the lower steering column cover to instrument panel (Fig 13)
2. Remove the lower steering column cover from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the lower steering column cover into the vehicle (Fig. 13).
2. Install the four screws attaching the lower steering column cover to instrument panel.
