SYMPTOM
FUEL GAUGE NOT OPERATING PROPERLY

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Body control module
- Instrument cluster
- Instrument cluster
- Visual condition not good
- Check for fuel level sending unit related BCM DTCS
- Determine if full gauge is inaccurate
- Fuel gauge displays empty
- Fuel level sensor signal circuit shorted to ground
- Observe the fuel gauge
- Inspect the fuel pump module and the fuel tank
- Instrument cluster self test
