Rear Cargo Door

DOOR

REMOVAL

1. Remove the interior trim panel.
2. Support the door with a padded floor jack.
3. Remove the door pillar hinge screws.
4. Remove the door from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION

1. Coat the door interior with anti-corrosion wax and sealant.
2. Transfer door components to the replacement door. If necessary, refer to the applicable Removal and Replacement procedures.
3. Lubricate the hinges with engine oil.
4. Position the door at the door pillar and support it with a padded floor jack.
5. Align the door hinge holes with the screw holes in the door pillar. Install the door pillar hinge screws finger tight.
6. Adjust the position of the door. Tighten the hinge screws to 23 N.m (200 in. lbs.) torque.
7. Remove the floor jack from the door.
8. Install the interior trim panel.
