Dual Cargo Doors

DOOR

REMOVAL

1. Remove the interior trim panel for access to the door pillar hinge screws.
2. Support the door with a suitable lifting device.
3. Remove the door pillar hinge screws.
4. Remove the floor jack and the door from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION

1. Coat the door interior with anti-corrosion wax. Seal the door flange with sealant.
2. Before installing the replacement door, as applicable, transfer:
- Key lock cylinder.
- Latch release handles.
- Trim panel.
- Remaining components to the replacement door.

3. If necessary, refer to the applicable Removal and Replacement procedures.
4. Position the door at the door pillar support the door with a suitable lifting device.
5. Align the door hinge holes with the screw holes in the door pillar. Install the door pillar hinge screws finger tight.
6. Adjust the position of the door in the door opening. Tighten the hinge screws to 23 N.m (200 in. lbs.) torque.
7. Install the interior trim panel.
