Blower Motor Relay Replacement
REMOVALFront
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.

2. Remove the cover from the Power Distribution Center (PDC).
3. Refer to the label on the PDC for blower motor relay identification and location.
4. Unplug the blower motor relay from the PDC.
5. Install the blower motor relay by aligning the relay terminals with the cavities in the PDC and pushing the relay firmly into place.
6. Install the PDC cover.
7. Connect the battery negative cable.
8. Test the relay operation.
Rear
The rear blower motor relay is used only on models with the optional rear heater-A/C unit.
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the cover from the rear heater-A/C unit.

3. Unplug the blower motor relay from the inboard relay wire harness connector, which is secured to the rear of the rear heater-A/C unit.
INSTALLATION
Front
1. Install the blower motor relay by aligning the relay terminals with the cavities in the PDC and pushing the relay firmly into place.
2. Install the cover to the Power Distribution Center (PDC).
3. Connect the battery negative cable.
4. Test the relay operation.
Rear
1. Install the blower motor relay by aligning the relay terminals with the cavities in the PDC and pushing the relay firmly into place.
2. Install the PDC cover.
3. Connect the battery negative cable.
4. Test the relay operation.
5. Install the blower motor relay by aligning the relay terminals with the cavities in the wire harness connector and pushing the relay firmly into place.
6. Reinstall the cover for the rear heater-A/C unit.
7. Connect the battery negative cable.
8. Test the relay operation.
