With the ignition on.


SET CONDITION
The PCM does not receive a Bus message from the SKIM when expected.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- SKIM/PCM
- Intermittent condition
- Loss of skim communication
- PCI bus circuit open from PCM to skim
