TEST NOTE
The title for the tests will be ANTENNA FAILURE.

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on.

SET CONDITION
The COP timer is not reset by the micro controller every 65.5 milliseconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- SKIM internal DTC failure
