P1389 - NO ASD RELAY OUTPUT VOLTAGE AT PCM

WHEN MONITORED
With ignition key on. Battery voltage greater than 10.4 volts.

SET CONDITION
No voltage sensed at the PCM when the ASD relay is energized.
