EBL Run Only Relay Shorted to Battery

SYMPTOM
EBL RUN ONLY RELAY SHORTED TO BATTERY

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the ignition on.

SET CONDITION
The FCM has detected a short to battery voltage in the Defogger Relay control circuit.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Verify active DTC
- Front control module
- Intelligent power module
- Defogger relay
