Power Seat Switch: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the power seat switch from the power seat.

Power Seat Switch Continuity:

3. Use an ohmmeter to test the continuity of the power seat switch. Refer to POWER SEAT SWITCH CONTINUITY table. If not OK, replace the faulty power seat switch.

CAUTION: Be certain the two halves of the power seat switch assembly are completely snapped together. Failure to do so could result in a misdiagnosed power seat switch.
