SYMPTOM
NO ORC MESSAGE

WHEN MONITORED
At ignition on, the OCM monitors the PCI Bus for a PCI Bus message from the Airbag Control Module.

SET CONDITION
The DTC will set if the OCM does not receive a valid ACM bus message within 3 consecutive seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- ORC, communication failure
- OCM, no ORC messages
- Stored code or intermittent condition
- Active code present
- OCS - service replacement kit
