TEST NOTE
The title for the tests will be ROLLING CODE FAILURE VIN MISMATCH.

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on.

SET CONDITION
When the VIN received from the ECM does not match the VIN stored in the SKREEM's EEPROM.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- verifying ECM VIN
- Replace SKREEM and check DTC'S
- Intermittent wiring harness problem
