C2100 - BATTERY VOLTAGE LOW






For a complete wiring diagram, refer to the Wiring Information.

- When Monitored:
Vehicle speeds above 6km/h (3.4 mph).

- Set Condition:
Voltage is < 8.8 volts for > 500 ms at vehicle speeds above 6km/h (3.4 mph).






DIAGNOSTIC TEST

1. DTC'S IN THE PCM






1. With the scan tool, read DTC's from the PCM.

Are any charging system codes present?

Yes
- Repair the charging system DTC in the PCM.
- Perform ABS Verification Test-VER 1. Refer to ABS Verification Test

No
- Go To 2.

2. CHARGING SYSTEM FAILURE


1. With a scan tool, read input voltage.

Is the voltage under 8.8 volts?

Yes
- Refer to Intermittent Condition Diagnostic Procedure.

No
- Repair the charging system.
- Perform ABS Verification Test-VER 1. Refer to ABS Verification Test
