Power Seat Switch: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the power seat switch from the power seat .

Power Seat Switch Continuity:

3. Use an ohmmeter to test the continuity of the power seat switch. Refer to POWER SEAT SWITCH CONTINUITY table. If not OK, replace the faulty power seat switch. If switch tests OK refer to testing.

CAUTION: Be certain the two halves of the power seat switch assembly are completely snapped together. Failure to do so could result in a misdiagnosed power seat switch.
