Torque Specifications

Flexplate to Engine 137 Nm (101 ft. lbs.)
Flywheel to Engine (NV 5600) 137 Nm (101 ft. lbs.)
Flywheel/Crankshaft Adapter G 56 Dual Mass Flywheel 137 Nm (101 ft. lbs.)

Intake Manifold
Install the cover-to-cylinder head bolts that do not hold down the fuel rail.
Tighten the bolts to 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.) torque.

Crankshaft Damper
Install the crankshaft damper and bolts.
Tighten bolts to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) torque, plus an additional 60°.





Oil Pump-Bolts
Step 1 8 Nm (6 ft. lbs.)
Step 2 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)





Bolts-Exhaust Manifold to Cylinder Head-(Diesel Engine) 43 Nm (32 ft. lbs.)
Bolts - Water Pump - Diesel 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
