Half Shaft - Installation

1. Install half shaft on the axle stub shaft.
2. Swing knuckle out and install half shaft into the hub bearing.
3. Install lower control arm ball joint into the knuckle and tighten nut to 183 Nm (135 ft. lbs.).

3- Lower Control Arm

4. Install shock clevis and tighten bolt to 190 Nm (140 ft. lbs.).
5. Install toe link and tighten nut to 52 Nm (38 ft. lb.).
6. Install stabilizer link and tighten nut to 23 Nm (200 in. lbs.).

7. Install half shaft hub nut and tighten to 258 Nm (190 ft. lbs.).
8. Install axle shaft yoke spring washer, nut lock and cotter pin.
9. Install belly pan and tighten bolts to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
10. Install wheel.
