TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test ROLLING CODE FAILURE

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on.

SET CONDITION
When the VIN received from the ECM does not match the VIN stored in the SKREEM's EEPROM.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Verifying ECM VIN
- Replace SKREEM and check DTC's
- Intermittent wiring harness problem
