Removal

3.3L/3.8L ENGINE







1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Remove air filter housing. Service and Repair
3. Drain cooling system down below the thermostat level. Service and Repair
4. Disconnect throttle body electrical connector (3).
5. Remove radiator upper hose at thermostat housing (2).
6. Remove thermostat housing bolts (1) and thermostat housing (2).







7. Remove thermostat (2) from thermostat housing (1).
8. Clean both sealing surfaces.
