Removal

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the batteries.
2. Disconnect the EGR air Transfer tube temperature sensor.
3. Disconnect the EGR Valve Actuator Connector
4. Disconnect the Engine Oil level tube at the Air Inlet bracket
5. Loosen the CAC Outlet tube clamps at the CAC Outlet and Air Inlet and remove the tube.
6. Loosen and remove both v-band clamps at each end of the Air Transfer tube
7. Remove the P-clip mounting capscrew
8. Remove the Air Transfer tube
9. Loosen and remove six (6) Air Inlet mounting capscrews.
10. Remove the air inlet.
11. Remove the injector fuel lines.
12. Disconnect the Fuel Rail Pressure sensor at the rear of the fuel rail manifold.
13. Remove the High Pressure fuel line from the dump/overflow valve.
14. Remove the fuel rail.
15. Remove the grid heater wiring connector.
16. Disconnect the TMAP sensor.
17. Remove the intake manifold capscrews.
18. Remove the intake manifold.
