6.7L DIESEL




1. Raise and support the vehicle on a hoist.
2. Saturate the bolts and nuts with heat valve lubricant. Allow 5 minutes for penetration.
3. Remove the exhaust pipe-to-DOC/DPF flange nuts.
4. 4X4 Vehicles - Remove transfer case skid plate.
5. 4X4 Vehicles - Remove transmission crossmember.
6. Remove the exhaust pipe-to-turbocharger clamp and discard.
7. Remove the transmission mounted exhaust pipe support.
8. Separate the exhaust pipe and extension pipe.
9. Remove exhaust pipe.
