6.7L DIESEL - P/U




1. Using new gaskets, position the catalytic converter onto the front exhaust pipe (2) and diesel particulate filter (5).
2. Install catalytic converter isolators (4).
3. Install catalytic converter flange nuts (1). Tighten nuts to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
4. Install exhaust differential pressure tubing (5). Tighten to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).
5. Connect flexible exhaust differential pressure tubing.
6. 4X4 Vehicles - Install transmission crossmember.
7. 4X4 Vehicles - Install transfer case skid plate.
8. Check the exhaust system for contact with the body panels. A minimum of 25 mm (1.0 in.) is required between the exhaust system components and body/frame parts. Make the necessary adjustments, if needed.
9. Lower the vehicle.
