The rear A/C pressure transducer (1) is installed on the liquid line fitting attached to the rear A/C receiver/drier located on top of the vehicle. The rear A/C pressure transducer is connected to the vehicle electrical system by a molded plastic connector with three terminals (2). An externally threaded fitting (4) on the rear A/C pressure transducer connect it to the internally threaded liquid line fitting. A rubber O-ring (3) seals the connection between the rear A/C pressure transducer and the fitting. The rear refrigerant system must be recovered prior to removing the rear A/C pressure transducer.
