CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOTIFICATION G48 OWNER'S MANUAL ADDENDUM

2007 (VB) Dodge Sprinter 3500
^ The Owner's Manual in about 260 of the above vehicles may be missing the Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR) and certain long wheel base and optional equipment information. The allowable GCWR is less than the combined maximum weight of the GVWR and the GTW. Exceeding the GCWR can cause damage to the drive train, the transmission, or the trailer hitch.
^ To correct this condition, all owners known to Chrysler will have an Owner's Manual addendum mailed to them.
For vehicles in your dealer's new and used vehicle inventory, a copy of the Owner's Manual addendum must be placed in the vehicle's Owner's Manual or glove box.

DEALER VIN LISTS Located in DealerCONNECT - Global Recall System (GRS)
GRS has been developed to provide dealers with an up-to-date list of involved vehicles by recall number and by dealer code. Owners known to Chrysler are also listed. Involved vehicles will be removed from the GRS within several days of submitting repair claims.
To use the GRS in DealerCONNECT, you first need to click on the Service tab and then in the Repair section click on Global Recall System. Your dealer's VIN list for each Recall can be sorted by: Unsold Vehicles (at the time of Recall launch), Phone Number, City Name, Zip Code (Postal Code) or VIN.
