DESCRIPTION
CAUTION: The differential is serviced as an assembly only do not attempt to disassemble. Failure to follow these instructions will result in damage to the differential.
The Trac-Rite(TM) differential is a helical gear differential. The differential has two side gears (3), two thrust washers (1) and one spacer (2).
It also has six pinion brake shoes (1) which pivot on the six pinion gear (2) shafts (3).
