REMOVAL

1. Remove the rear bumper Removal .




2. On Light Duty Vehicles , remove the hitch bolts (7)




3. On Heavy Duty Vehicles , remove the hitch bolts (8)




4. Disconnect all wire harness support push pins.
5. Remove the rear two cargo box bolts (3) and loosen the remaining bolts Cargo Box - Removal .
6. Using a suitable lifting device, lift and support the rear of the cargo box and remove the hitch.
