1. Install the caliper (4) to the caliper adapter (7).
2. Coat the caliper mounting slide pin bolts (2) with silicone grease. Then install and tighten the bolts to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the brake hose banjo bolt (5) and new copper seal washers if caliper was removed.
CAUTION: Verify that the brake hose is not twisted or kinked before tightening the fitting bolt.
4. Install the brake hose (3) to the caliper (4) using a banjo washer, and tighten bolt to 18 Nm (155 in. lbs.).
5. Remove the prop rod from the vehicle.
6. Bleed the area of repair for the brake system, If a proper pedal is not felt during bleeding an area of repair, then a complete system bleed procedure must be performed.Service and Repair.
7. Install the wheel and tire assemblies (6). Removal and Replacement.
8. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
9. Verify a firm pedal before moving the vehicle.
