Battery Pack Control Module - Removal

REMOVAL

WARNING: On vehicles equipped with the high voltage system, you must thoroughly read and follow all High Voltage Safety procedures. In addition, before performing any diagnostic or service procedure near a high voltage component, you must perform the High Voltage Power Down. Failure to follow these instructions may result in possible serious or fatal injury Service Precautions

1. Remove the high voltage battery cover High Voltage Battery Cover - Removal.
2. Remove the rear seat Seat - Removal.
3. Remove the current sensor High Voltage Current Sensor - Removal.
4. Remove the positive contactor assembly High Voltage Positive Contactor - Removal.
5. Remove and disconnect the battery pack control module.
6. Remove the battery pack control module mounting brackets.
