Battery Pack Control Module - Installation





INSTALLATION





1. Install the battery pack control module mounting brackets on the battery pack control module. Tighten to 4.5 Nm (40 in. lbs.)
2. Install and connect the battery pack control module.
3. Install the positive contactor assembly High Voltage Positive Contactor - Installation.
4. Install the current sensor High Voltage Current Sensor - Installation.
5. Install the high voltage battery cover High Voltage Battery Cover - Installation.
6. Perform the high voltage power up procedure . Battery System - High Voltage Power Up
