Part 1
INSTALLATION
1. Position Power Train Dolly 6135 and Engine Support Cradle 6710A under the engine.
2. Align the front right engine cradle post (2) with the lift point hole in the engine block.
3. Align the front left engine cradle post and Engine Support Bracket 8130 (1) with the lift point hole in the engine block.
4. Install Power Train Dolly Adapter 10107-1 (2) to the engine block, and align the left rear engine cradle post with the hole in the adapter.
5. Install Power Train Dolly Adapter 10107-2 (1) to the engine block, and align the right rear engine cradle post with the hole in the support bracket.
6. Install safety straps so that they securely hold the engine assembly in the engine cradle. Tighten the fasteners at the base of each engine cradle post, and verify that the engine cradle posts are engaged in the lifting points.
7. Install the transaxle to the engine assembly, and install the upper transaxle bolts. Tighten to 95 Nm (70 ft. lbs.)
8. Position the powertrain assembly below vehicle body, and carefully lower the vehicle body onto the powertrain assembly.
9. Install the left side transaxle mount bolts (1). Tighten transaxle mount bolts to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.).
10. Install the right engine mount-to-engine fasteners (1). Tighten to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.).
11. Remove safety straps and lift vehicle and engine off of engine support cradle.
12. Remove Support Bracket 8130, Power Train Dolly Adapters 10107-1 (2) and 10107-2 (1) from engine.
13. Install the rear transaxle mount through bolt (3). Tighten to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
14. Install the rear Engine Mount Heat Shield (2), and the fasteners (1). Tighten fasteners to 11 Nm (100 in. lbs.).
