TORQUE CHART 5.7L ENGINE










CYLINDER HEAD BOLT SEQUENCE





INTAKE MANIFOLD TORQUE AND SEQUENCE

Tighten in sequence from the middle bolts towards the outside in a crisscross pattern. Torque fasteners to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.)

MAIN BEARING CAP BOLTS





- Tighten main bearing cap bolts to 13 Nm ( 10 ft. lbs.) in the sequence shown.
- Tighten main bearing cap bolts to 27 Nm ( 20 ft. lbs.) in the sequence shown.
- Rotate main cap bolts an additional 90° in the sequence shown.





- Install the crossbolts with new seal washer. Starting with crossbolt A.
- Tighten crossbolt to 28 Nm ( 21 ft. lbs.).
- Repeat crossbolt tightening procedure.
