Data Link Connector - Description






DESCRIPTION





The Data Link Connector (DLC) (1) is a 16-way molded plastic connector insulator with a hinged molded plastic cover. This connector is located on the left cowl side inner trim cover below the driver side outboard end of the instrument panel (2), inboard of the inside hood release lever (4).

The DLC connector insulator is retained to the upper edge of the fuse and relay box (3) opening of the cowl side inner trim cover by two screws and is concealed beneath the removable access panel for the fuse and relay box.
