Hood Hinge - Removal

REMOVAL






NOTE: This procedure may require the aid of a helper.

1. Support the hood (2) on the side that requires the hinge replacement.
2. Mark the hinge attachment locations with a grease pencil or other suitable device to aid in installation.
3. Remove the hood to hinge bolts (1).
4. Remove the bolts attaching the hood hinge to the load beam inner and remove the hinge from vehicle.
