1. Install the shift bezel (2).
2. Remove set screw and remove shift knob (1).
3. Install the lower cover.

1. Install the shift boot (1).
2. Install the shift bezel (3).
3. Install the shift knob (4) and install the set screw.
4. Install the lower cover.
