U0075-J1939 NETWORK #2 - INTERMITTENT
Theory of Operation
The monitor for this error detects disturbances on the J1939 Data Link which contains the following nodes: VG Turbocharger, O2 Sensor Module and the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). When the PCM detects a significant number of data link disturbances are present on the J1939 Data Link, the PCM software will temporarily disable the data link and restart it to try and re-establish a good data link. This monitor exists to notify the technician that this type of event occurred. It may, or may not indicate that there is a problem with the data link.
- When Monitored:
Continuously with the ignition on.
- Set Condition:
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects disturbances on the J1939 Data Link directly related to the VG Turbocharger and the O2 Sensor Module.

ACTIVE DTCS
1. Ignition on, engine not running.
2. With a scan tool, read DTCs.
Are the U010C or U011A DTCs active along with this DTC?
Yes
- Perform the diagnostics for those DTCs.
No
- With a scan tool, Erase the DTC. Check for evidence of tampering or unapproved software.
- Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST - 6.7L. Powertrain Verification Test.
